Did a run today, well it was a steady 5k at the gym on the treadmill. last weeks injury felt OK no pain or tightness so will slowly start nudging the distance and pace back up to the stage i was at prior to injury.
Got a lot of speed work to do for GWR Edinburgh Jan 8th, i know its not the long distance race you would expect me to be doing but its just something for a bit of fun and charity in which I'm running for cancer research.
